Payment Terms
Last updated October 13, 2026These payment terms explain how fees, deposits, invoices, refunds and cancellations work when you engage Anine® Agency. The exact amounts and schedule for your project are set out in your proposal or invoice.
Overview
We aim to keep pricing clear and predictable. Every project starts with a written proposal that states what is included, how much it costs and when payments are due. Nothing is charged that has not been agreed.
Quotes and Proposals
A proposal sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline and fees. A project begins once you accept the proposal in writing and any required deposit is received. Quotes are valid for the period stated in the proposal.
Deposits and Payment Schedule
A deposit is required before work begins. The deposit amount and the schedule for remaining payments, for example by milestone or on delivery, are stated in your proposal or invoice. Final deliverables are released once the final payment has been received.
Invoices and Payment Methods
We send invoices by email with the amount due, the due date and the payment methods available. Payments are due by the date stated on the invoice, unless a different schedule is agreed in writing.
Late Payments
If a payment is overdue, we may pause work until the account is up to date, and the project timeline will move accordingly. We may also apply reasonable late fees where stated in your proposal, and we may withhold final files until payment is complete.
Third-Party Costs and Ad Spend
Our fees do not include third-party costs such as domains, hosting, premium plugins, stock assets, software subscriptions or advertising spend, unless the proposal says so.
Advertising budgets are paid directly to the advertising platform, such as Meta or Google, and are separate from our fee. We do not take a percentage of your ad spend unless this is stated in your proposal.
Ongoing and Monthly Services
Ongoing services such as digital support, social media management and growth marketing are billed on the recurring schedule stated in your agreement. Notice requirements for pausing or cancelling are confirmed before the service begins. Unused time or deliverables do not roll over unless agreed in writing.
Changes and Extra Work
Work outside the agreed scope, including extra revision rounds, additional pages or new features, is quoted before it begins and invoiced separately once you approve it.
Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel a project by written notice at any time. In that case:
- You pay for all work completed and costs incurred up to the cancellation date.
- Deposits cover work already started or reserved for your project, and are non-refundable once work has begun.
- If we cancel a project for reasons other than your breach, we refund any payment for work not yet delivered.
- Services that have been delivered and approved are not refundable.
If you are unhappy with any part of the work, tell us early. We will work with you to put it right within the agreed scope.
Taxes
Quoted fees do not include taxes, duties or bank and transfer charges that may apply in your country, unless the proposal states otherwise. You are responsible for any such charges.
Billing Questions and Disputes
If you believe an invoice is incorrect, contact us within a reasonable time after receiving it and we will review it promptly. Undisputed amounts remain due by the due date.
