What We Collect and Why

Contact form details

Project materials

Brand assets, content and access you give us during a project. Used only to deliver your work.

Website usage data

Pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location from analytics tools. Used to improve the website.

Correspondence

03

Where Your Data Goes

Information you submit through our forms is sent to our own records, which we keep in online tools such as Google Sheets. We also use analytics tools to measure website traffic, and project tools such as cloud storage and messaging apps to deliver client work. These providers process data on our behalf and under their own security and privacy terms.

04

Who Can Access It

Access is limited to the people at Anine® Agency who need it to respond to you or deliver your project. We do not share your data with other clients. We share it with third parties only to operate our services, or where the law requires it.

05

How Long We Keep It

We keep information only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, such as responding to an enquiry, delivering a project, keeping business and tax records, or meeting legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

06

What We Never Do

  • We never sell your personal information.
  • We never use your project details to benefit another client.
  • We never share private project details or files. Only finished, public-facing work may appear in our portfolio, as set out in our Terms.
  • We never ask for payment card numbers through our contact form.
07

How We Protect It

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including limiting access to the team members who need it and using reputable, secure platforms. No system is completely secure, and we will tell you if a problem affects your data in a way the law requires us to report.

08

Your Requests

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop sending you updates, at any time. Contact us through the link below, tell us what you would like us to do, and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can. More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
